6 Years and Counting.....

This Sunday is our annual "State of the Church" Address. One of the few times I do not preach a traditional expository sermon.

However, that does NOT mean the Word of God will not be central to the sermon. We are going to use 2 Thessalonians as a blueprint for prayer.

Sermon: 6 Years and counting

Text: 2 Thessalonians 3:1-5

2Th. 3:1 Finally, brothers, pray for us, that the word of the Lord may speed ahead and be honored, as happened among you,

2Th. 3:2 and that we may be delivered from wicked and evil men. For not all have faith.

2Th. 3:3 But the Lord is faithful. He will establish you and guard you against the evil one.*

2Th. 3:4 And we have confidence in the Lord about you, that you are doing and will do the things that we command.

2Th. 3:5 May the Lord direct your hearts to the love of God and to the steadfastness of Christ.
